Tour description

Experience the best of Icelandic nature with our combo package!

Northern Lights Cruise from Reykjavík:
Watch the Aurora Borealis dance across the night sky as we sail you away from the bright lights of the capital city amongst the little islands of Faxaflói to find the perfect spot to see this miracle of nature. Everyone who comes to Iceland wants to see the Northern Lights and a SeaTrips cruise is one of the most convenient ways to tick off this bucket-list experience.

Remember though – the Northern Lights are not “on” every day!

Duration: 1.5-2.5 hours.

Whale Watching Cruise from Reykjavík:
Nature lovers, step aboard the “Amelia Rose” and let’s go looking for whales! We’ll whisk you quickly away from the old Harbour in downtown Reykjavík on our luxury superyacht into Faxaflói Bay, where these marvellous marine mammals can be found. There’ll be an opportunity to see whales, dolphins, porpoises and orcas, all set against the dramatic mountain landscapes all around. Keep your camera ready!

Duration: 2.5-3 hours.

Additional Information

We recommend that all guests dress up warmly in multiple layers and put on suitable footwear as it is often much colder on the water. Don’t forget to bring your camera!

*Normally we will sail on the Amelia Rose. However, if there are fewer than 12 passengers booked for a voyage, then we may take our smaller yacht instead. The Axel Rose helps us to reduce our impact on the environment for smaller parties.
