Daily diary – June 27 2025

Great conditions for some incredible whales. We left this morning and were lucky enough to see a small group of Harbour porpoise, they were swimming very fast and soon disappeared. After seeing these porpoises, which are the smallest we can observe in the bay, we came across many humpback whales. In total: 10 different humpback whales. They were very stable and calm for the most part. They gave us many view on their tail as well as a few pectoral fins. Then we came across a group of White Beaked Dolphins who approached us and sailed with us for a while.
On the afternoon tour, we saw a total of 5 humpback whales, all very active. One of them came very close to the boat and watched us for a while. Once again, they showed us their tail and their flippers on numerous occasions We also saw two different groups of white beaked dolphins.
