Daily diary – April 12 2025

The weather was quite windy and when we went out it was a little rough, most of the people were fine but some felt a little sea sick. We saw minke whale couple of times and 1 harbour porpoise in the morning tour.

So when we headed out in the afternoon we didn’t expect anything. But this tour was magical. We first saw a humpback whale and we observed him quite closely, little later a minke whale appeared just in the same area and after maybe 15 minutes out of no where a killer whale showed up in the same spot as the humpback whale were. Then before we knew a whole lot of killer whales appeared left and right in all sizes they were at least 10 of them. Then we saw a another blow in distance and we approached and saw 2 humpback whales but they did not act in synchronized behaviour so it was really difficult to spot it was 2 of them.
