Daily diary – April 16 2025

In recent days many of our tours have been cancelled due to sea conditions, but today we are out. Despite a big blue sky, we had some wind which created some waves but that didn’t stop our passengers from having a smile on their faces.
We were lucky enough to see a Humpback whale that appeared close to the boat, it accompanied us for a short while and then a Minke whale took over, it stayed around the boat for a while. We were lucky enough to see at least two other Minke whales as well as a second Humpback whale during the tour.
Unfortunately, the afternoon tour wasn’t as successful. We didn’t see anything, but passengers are welcome to come back for free whenever they like for the next 3 years.
