Daily diary – August 15 2025

Despite the difficult weather and sailing conditions, we set off this morning and afternoon with a smile on our faces. For our morning tour we were able to observe a group of very friendly white-beaked dolphins, who came close to the boat on numerous occasions and even made a few jumps. We saw lots of Minke whales and a rather shy humpback whale. This afternoon we didn’t meet any dolphins but 3 humpback whales very close to the boat, one of which jumped right in front of us! What luck!
