Daily diary – August 25 2025

Today the sea conditions were really good and we were able to go out with Amélia rose, Harpa and our rib boat. All our tours were a success. Many of the harbour propoises sailed with us. A superb encounter as they are usually rather shy and quick which makes them not easy to observe. We saw many Minke whales and 4 humpback whales on our 9:15 tour, and we even had the chance to see two jumping whales. On our 13:15 tour we saw harbour porpoises, Minke whales and 2 humpback whales, one of which jumped, tail slapping and flipper slapping. And finally, on our 17:00 tour, we saw porpoises again, Minke whales and 2 humpback whales.
