Daily diary – July 21 2024

It was some wind in the morning tour but the waves was quite small compared to the wind. We was struck by suprise because we saw a Humpback whale only 10 minutes away from the shore. We stayed with that Humpback whale from 20 minutes and then we found a few more not far away. Total 6 Humpback whales and once it laid on it´s back and flapped its pectoral fins up in to the air.

In the afternoon tour the wind started to pick up. We first saw a Common Minke whale few times and then soon after a Humpback whale. We stayed with it for 20 minutes and then we went further out and this one was a little more entertaining because it showed it flukes more often. Then out of nowhere it breached and took a 180% turn in the air. Amazing show.
