An Icelandic summer day.
It was with a calm sea, plenty of sunshine and zero wind that we started our first tour of the day. After 30 minutes of sailing we arrived in an area that must have been teeming with fish. We saw many Gannets diving for fish. Gannets can touch the surface of the water at speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour, enabling them to dive deep. Where gannets dive, Minke whales are often found. In addition to the Minke whales, several White Beaked Dolphins joined our tour.
The afternoon tour followed the same pattern as the morning.
