Daily diary – March 9 2025

This day was very good. The morning was very cold but got hotter with each hour. Started at -5 degrees celcius and ended in +4 degrees celcius. The morning tour was quite good we saw one humpback whale and that whale was on the move and didn´t show its fluke. The afternoon tour was something special. We first found one Humpback whale which was quite good and then soon after we embarked on a huge White Beaked Dolphin tour probably 500-600 individuals and then soon after we found a humpback whale that had only half a fluke which we have never seen before. It looked thriving and healthy even though it had only half a fluke.
