Daily diary – October 2 2024

The sea conditions were improving along the day. We had the rest of the swell but not so much wind and pretty good temperature for Iceland! Was a good day on Sea.

On the morning and the afternoon, we have seen all the species possible with our boats : harbour porpoises, white-beaked dolphins, minke whales and some humpback whales.
We even had the chance with one of our boat to the a breach out from on whale! Today the humpbacks were spending sometimes more than 20 minutes underwater, probably they were very hungry.

The conditions look very good the next days, sunny and no waves!
