Daily diary – September 16 2025

Fantastic weather conditions today – calm seas and great visibility.

We spent both of our tours with dozens of active minke whales, they stole the show of today. We entered their feeding ground and for over an hour we were observing them lunge feeding, jumping, surfacing and swimming very, very close to our boat. These typically shy whales were so busy looking for food today, that they didn´t mind having us around. It was a great and lucky tour!
