Forecast from Vedur.is : Tonight we are expecting partially clear skies and high aurora activity, the Northern Lights tour is on!

Comment: We began our evening Northern Lights tour in weather conditions that were slightly worse than the forecast had predicted – a choppy sea and a wind that gave us hope it might blow the clouds away.

We waited patiently for the first signs of the aurora, but unfortunately to no avail. That’s why we offered our passengers a complimentary ticket, valid for the next three years, so they can return and see the beautiful Northern Lights with their own eyes!
