Forecast: Strong aurora activity, partially clouded skies forecasted in the area, so tonight’s tour is on schedule and looking promising 🙂

Comment: My motto when I go aurora hunting is to never lose hope and to always be optimistic until the very end. Indeed, this time too, these words proved true, as right at the end of the tour before returning to the harbour, to the north and to the right of Mount Esja, a small patch of clear sky opened up. At that point, the auroras timidly appeared and began dancing in the sky at varying intensities. It was ten minutes of pure beauty that was worth the long wait.
