Whale Watching Daily Diary – 22nd June 2026

Morning Tour

Today we enjoyed perfect weather and exceptional sea conditions, making for a fantastic whale-watching experience. The calm waters and clear skies provided excellent visibility throughout the tour. We were treated to spectacular sightings of humpback whales, with several individuals actively jumping and playing at the surface. Minke whales were also spotted throughout the trip, surfacing regularly around the boat. A pod of white-beaked dolphins joined the action, delighting everyone with their playful behaviour and close approaches. The combination of calm seas, beautiful weather, and active cetaceans made for an unforgettable morning on the bay.

Afternoon Tour

The afternoon brought another wonderful whale-watching adventure under ideal conditions. The weather remained perfect, and the calm sea allowed us to enjoy incredible views of the wildlife. Humpback whales stole the show once again, displaying energetic behaviour with impressive breaches and playful surface activity. Minke whales were seen throughout the tour, while white-beaked dolphins added excitement with their lively movements and close encounters. With so much activity from these amazing cetaceans and such excellent viewing conditions, the afternoon tour was filled with memorable wildlife moments and breathtaking sightings.
