Whale Watching Daily Diary – December 13th 2025
Finally, a day without wind and with spectacular sea conditions. Another day in Faxaflor Bay, sailing under the colours of a sunny day. We headed out a little further into deeper waters in the hope of finding the wonderful inhabitants of these waters, the cetaceans. And that’s exactly what we found!
First, a group of about 15 white-beaked dolphins, very fast and agile. And then again the two humpback whales, almost residents of this bay since we have seen them for several days in a row. What is it about these waters that they always prefer to be here?
We don’t know for sure, but what we do know is that we love being able to see them and enjoy their majesty. Thank you!
