Whale Watching Daily Diary – December 7th 2025

The north wind took its toll on us, it was difficult to shelter from it, so hot chocolate came to the rescue. Due to the rough sea, it was harder to find whales today, but about 40 minutes after setting sail, we succeeded, a big blow in the distance!

We saw two humpback friends that we already know very well. Today they were extremely acrobatic, probably because of the rough sea – that’s why, even in strong winds, it pays to go out! We saw several tails really close to the boat, then a big turn and splash – a few minutes of lob tailing; pectoral fins and a long dive… It was a wonderful show! Humpbacks never disappoint us.
