Morning Whale Watching Tour

Unfortunately, we couldn´t go out this morning due to the rough seas, but the forecast was for the waves to lower during the day so we hoped to go out this afternoon.

Afternoon Whale Watching Tour

The snow that has held off all winter came all at once! The sea calmed enough so we could go whale watching, but the seas were still quite rough.

We headed out and searched in all the places we have seen whales lately but sadly we found no cetaceans. The snow was much thicker than expected so it hindered visibility making it even harder to spot the whales that we had been finding so easily the last few months.
A few sea birds wheeled around us but that was all. Thankfully our yachts cut through the water easily so despite the waves no one was sea sick!
