Whale Watching Daily Diary – January 26th 2026

Humpback whale flukes showing their unique black and white pattern

The week begins with another storm passing south of Iceland, leaving strong winds from the south.

We set out in search of the humpback whales we have been observing these days. With a sea full of small waves, the task was quite difficult, but we were very lucky.

Once again, we were fortunate enough to see two humpback whales very close to the coast and in very shallow waters, only 7 meters deep!

Despite the conditions, today was a memorable day! It was a magnificent spectacle for all our passengers!
