Whale Watching Daily Diary – February 7th 2026
Morning tour
After yesterday’s rain, the skies are clear again. The morning tour could not have started better than with a wonderful sighting of two humpback whales which approached us several times, intrigued by our boat. Their movements were perfectly synchronised and when they dived deeper, we could admire their tails submerging at the same time.
A little further on, a group of about ten seals also seemed intrigued by our presence. These were magnificent moments.
Afternoon Tour
The afternoon brought us moments similar to those in the morning. The same group of curious seals, the same pair of humpback whales, perfect winter weather with a practically flat sea.
The humpback whales were very active, moving quickly and often coming to the surface. A more than satisfying tour.
