Whale Watching Diary

Daily diary – September 6 2025

We had totally different climate in the morning tour and in our afternoon tour. The morning was freezing cold and the afternoon was hot as Spain. We did find humpback whales in both of our tours and minke whales from time to time. The sea was calm and it was easy to find the whales.

Passengers on a RIB boat got a chance to sail further into the bay to find a very curious pod of white-beaked dolphins, 3 minke whales surfacing in a distance, 6 grown-up humpbacks and a small pod of harbour porpoises on the way back to the harbour!
