Daily diary – August 20 2024

An extraordinary day today, with magnificent weather. Lots of sunshine, little wind and no waves.
We were lucky enough to see humpback whales all day long, very close to the coast. Maybe a dozen or so just 20 minutes out, we couldn’t have wished for better.

A few Minke Whales and Harbour Porpoises could also be seen, as well as common dolphins in the afternoon, which is really rare.
