Tour description

The Aurora Borealis is one of the most spectacular sights to be seen in nature, and a Northern Lights cruise with Seatrips offers you an excellent opportunity to witness this unforgettable celestial phenomenon in person – a real bucket-list experience.

Enjoy the eerie glow of this night-time kaleidoscope as solar flares are drawn to the Earth’s atmosphere by the magnetic fields of the Arctic, painting mesmerising displays of green, white, violet, red across the sky.

To see the aurora requires a clear and dark night sky, so a SeaTrips Northern Lights cruise will take you away from the bright lights of the capital city for a much better chance of success. Remember though – the Northern Lights are not “on” every day!
