Daily diary – December 21 2024

The sea was so calm today, and there was near-to-no wind either! We first sail around all of the islands to see what we could find, but alas there was nothing around them. So we headed to videy, where we have seen the whales previously, and soon enough, found all 3 humpback whales! As we were approaching them, a few harbour seals and grey seals popped up around the boat. We headed to the individual humpback whale again, and watched it as it lunge fed around us! We then went to see the pair of humpback whales and they swam right under the bow several times! A harbour seal then popped up so close to the bow! We then headed back to harbour all very happy about our trip.
