Daily diary – February 21 2025

What a brilliant day! With both a little bit of rain and shine during the morning and afternoon tour, we ventured out to Hafnarfjodur bay to find some marine mammals! We had success on both trips, and saw white-beaked dolphins half way over, seeing 2 calves swimming side by side with their mother, and then two humpback whales near the harbour. The humpback whales were swimming very close to one another as they swam around the boat! The sun shined down on us and warmed our faces as we enjoyed these beautiful animals.
