We departed today at 1:15 p.m., as we do every day, under a sunny sky and with calm seas.
However, there was a slight chill in the air, with a wind chill of -15°C. This did not discourage the passengers, who stayed outside for almost the entire tour.
After an hour of sailing, we spotted a whale in the distance, thanks to its blow. It was a humpback whale, and we approached it. We stayed with her for quite a while. She was sleeping, so she was not very active, but we were lucky enough to see her tail twice.
It was a fantastic whale-watching day! Lately, we have been seeing whales every day.
