Daily diary – July 23 2024

Yesterday was cancelled due to bad conditions and finally today the sea calmed down.

Despite the rain, we were lucky enough to have a humpback whale near the coast all day. Just goes to show, whales don’t mind the rain. She showed off her tail by diving close to the boat several times. The boat was heated and covered, so we were able to take refuge inside on the way to and from our destination.

The rest of the week looks good, with calm seas over the next few days!
