Daily diary – July 3 2024

Our two tours of the day were accompanied by a Humpback whale. Concerning the morning tour, after passing a small group of white beaked dolphins, we met a Humpback whale who was very curious and approached very close to the boat. We were able to enjoy her for about fifteen minutes, she was stable few meters under the surface of the water which allowed us to follow her through the water thanks to her white flippers. We saw another curious Humpback whale during the afternoon, came to say hello with its fluke.

On the way, we also came across a Minke whale, which was much more shy, so we were only able to observe it furtively.

The next few days will be sunny, great weather for whale watching.
