Daily diary – June 29 2024

A magical day today with great weather and we were able to observe all 4 possible species throughout the day.

In the morning, we saw some stealthy Minke whales, 2 small harbor porpoises and a humpback whale that showed off its fluke by diving several times!

In the afternoon, after an hour’s searching, we saw: a Minke whale, 5 white beaked dolphins and a humpback whale at the very end.

During the tour of the evening, we enjoyed the presence of 2 humpback whales that spent a lot of time around the boat, showing us many times their tail also called fluke.
