Daily diary – November 1 2024

We left this morning in slightly wavy conditions. However we were extremely lucky because we had a humpback whale very close to the port. We also saw a Minke whale and harbor porpoises near the port. It saved us from going far and so people weren’t sick! We even observed a breach out at one point, it was wonderful. In the afternoon the conditions were calmer, we had the same whale working very calmly around the boat close to the coast. Also stealthy Harbor porpoises and a seal! It also snowed which made the outing unique. The conditions look incredible for this weekend!
